the bass vulume is fine but voice levels are horrible

I can understand a little low but your literally mumbling!

Why is the sound so low? Why even make a video if your not going to put in the effort for the AUDIO to be barely audible?

Congratulations! I have a BN5, and that onboard preamp is something else. When I use it live, I usually start the show with all three bands set all the way off, and add as needed, because man that bass EQ can bring some thunder! You and the bass sound great, happy 2024 my friend.
